The Urban Arrow Family is a high-quality electric cargo bike specifically designed for families, focusing on safety, ease of use, and powerful performance. The spacious cargo box, made from durable expanded polypropylene (EPP), provides ample space to safely transport children, groceries, and other large items. With three-point seat belts, parents can securely fasten up to three children, and there is an option to carry additional cargo or a fourth passenger on a rear rack. The bike has a maximum load capacity of 200 kg (including the rider), making it ideal for intensive family use.
Urban Arrow offers multiple versions of the Family, allowing you to easily customize your ideal Family model using the Urban Arrow configurator. You can also add accessories during this process.

Customize your bike
To fully customize your bike, the following options are available. When requesting a quote, please indicate which options you would like to receive a price proposal for.
Branding for the cargo box
The cargo box of a cargobike is an excellent (moving) advertising platform. We collaborate with beplakjebak.nl, where you can easily design and customize your cargo box branding.
Customization options for your bike
Powder coating the frame
In addition to cargo box branding, it’s also possible to have your bike frame powder-coated in your preferred color. This is only available in RAL colors. We will include a price for this in your quote.
The estimated cost for powder coating is around €900.00 excl. VAT, depending on the bike model, number of bikes, and specific requests.
Once the quote is approved, we will need the RAL color code to proceed. We will dismantle the frame and send it to our powder-coating specialist. Expect a turnaround time of approximately three weeks to receive the frame back. After that, we need two more weeks to fully reassemble the bike. We’ll notify you when the bike is ready so we can arrange delivery or pickup.
GPS Tracker
Branding your bike or cargo box significantly helps prevent theft. In addition, we offer GPS trackers with theft recovery services.
We provide a Loqater GPS tracker (KIWA-certified) for €107.00 excl. VAT, including installation.
A subscription for connectivity and theft tracking is required at €60.00 excl. VAT per year.
In case of theft, you can report it to Loqater, who will track and recover the bike. They have a 97% success rate in retrieving stolen bikes.

We collaborate with Kingpolis, a trusted insurer that offers comprehensive cargobike insurance.
