Every Cargobikes.nl cargo bike comes with a certified frame lock, which is attached to the frame and locks through the rear wheel. This is a simple yet effective way to secure your cargo bike quickly.

However, most insurers require an additional chain lock with at least an ART2 certification. To qualify for insurance coverage in case of theft, you must be able to prove that both locks were used.

GPS tracking for your cargo bike

We work with Tracefy GPS trackers. Using the Tracefy app, you can always check the location of your cargo bike, making it easier for the police to recover it in case of theft.

Keeping your cargo bike out of sight

For optimal security, we recommend storing your cargo bike indoors when not in use, such as overnight. If indoor storage is not possible:
