All our refurbished cargo bikes are listed on our website with their specifications. If the bike meets your needs, simply add it to your cart and complete the payment via iDeal. Once we receive the payment, we’ll contact you to arrange delivery or pickup.

You can also call or email us to place an order. If you need some time to decide, we can reserve the bike for a few days. A business invoice including VAT will always be provided.

Would you prefer not to pay upfront but finance the bike another way? That’s possible—just get in touch with us.

Ordering a new cargo bike is a tailored process, depending on the brand, model, and any additional accessories you’d like. That’s why we’ll work with you to configure the best setup and guide you through available financing, subsidies, insurance, and maintenance options.

Once we finalize your preferences and requirements, we’ll send you a quotation. After your approval, we’ll prepare the bike and arrange for delivery.

A refurbished cargo bike can be paid for directly via our webshop using iDeal. If you prefer another payment or financing method, please contact us, and we’ll explore the best options together.

When you order a new cargo bike from Cargobikes.nl, it is fully customized to your needs. During this process, we’ll determine the total cost and discuss the best payment method for you, whether through leasing or direct purchase. We’ll work with you to find the most suitable solution.

You can pick up your refurbished cargo bike at our store (Ceintuurbaan 14H, Zwolle). Just let us know when you plan to visit. We also deliver throughout the Netherlands for a fee of €75.00 excl. VAT per bike.

Yes! You can pick up your new cargo bike at our store (Ceintuurbaan 14H, Zwolle) once it’s ready. We’ll notify you when it’s available. We also offer nationwide delivery for €75.00 excl. VAT per bike.

We provide a one-year warranty on the motor, battery, and frame of all refurbished cargo bikes. Any exceptions will be stated in the quotation and/or invoice.

New cargo bikes come with a standard factory warranty of three to five years.

For business customers, consumer return rights do not apply. However, if the bike does not meet your needs, we are happy to discuss a suitable solution with you.

Additionally, all bikes come with standard warranty coverage for parts and components. Please refer to your invoice, which serves as proof of warranty.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to collect your cargo bike at our store (Ceintuurbaan 14H, Zwolle). Just let us know when you plan to visit, and we’ll have the bike (and a coffee) ready for you.
